CLO, Gregor Hirscher
Gregor Hirscher was a volunteer in Bangalore, India, in 2016/17. and has been an entrepreneur in Austria since his return. He is mainly involved in social entrepreneurship and has already created a project for the reintegration of mentally ill people. In addition to his entrepreneurial career, he studied law and has specialized in public/financial law. On basis of his thereby written scientific "Capital - Striving for Sense, Justice and Efficiency" is the basis for the efficiency" is the basis for the approach of the Schweitzer & Hirscher Development Association. Since 2020 he is furthermore as a shareholder of an Ecuadorian development bank.

Rebecca Humborg was a volunteer in Vijayawada, India in 2016/17 and has been a student of environmental engineering in Zurich since her return. Especially the sustainable component of the company and the investments are her focus. With her experience in engineering practice, she is able to assess the investment projects from a broader perspective and scientific point of view, bringing an additional component to the company. As Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the second chamber, she will advise on sustainability issues, support the technical area and take on administrative tasks for the Supervisory Board.

Supervisory Board, Florian Schweitzer
Florian Schweitzer was a volunteer in León, Mexico in 2016/17. and since his return he has studied Business Administration and Sociology in Copenhagen. In his academic career he specialized in social enterprises at the interface between business and society. His expertise makes him the the optimal interface to help us as a shareholder in both economic matters and their their socio-political effects. His focus for the Schweitzer & Hirscher Development Association is on the evaluation of investments and the review of financial management.

Johanna May was at various seminars of Don Bosco Youth-Net ivzw between 2016 and 2020. Since 2015, she has been a student of health management in Carinthia. In her academic career, she was able to compare various companies based on previously defined criteria. Due to her scientific thesis "The social impact of Don Bosco Youth-Net ivzw on its community - A starting point for the creation of an impact measurement tool" she is aware of the importance of a sustainable social organization.

Klaus Dirnberger has been firmly anchored in the business world for almost 30 years as a management consultant, managing director and entrepreneur. Since his youth, his voluntary commitment to nature conservation and environmental protection and the many aspects of social justice have also been a special concern of his, for which he is committed in his free time and keeps a close eye on in his professional activities.
